Milestone has recently announced the farewell of the E-code products, XProtect Express and Professional. This staged process will begin with the final release of 2019 R2 and end in June 2024.
To assist with helping customers move to the C-code products, Milestone are pleased to offer an upgrade campaign for our customer to switch to Express+ and Professional+.
For a limited time, customers with existing Care Plus Milestone will offer a free upgrade to the corresponding C-code product. E.g. Express to Express+ or Professional to Professional+.
Don’t worry we aren’t forgetting about those without active Care Plus. Until October 31st, customers can purchase two years of Care Plus on the C-code product and receive a complimentary upgrade. No 3 year Opt-Ins, and no trade ins required. Simply pay for Care Plus on the new Plus product and we move you over to the new version.
In June we will also be releasing a migration tool to assist with the physical changes required.
